Post overflow, or pick it up
Double-booked Saturday? Post the gig with a real budget. Slow month? Take second-shooter days, drone add-ons, and edit backlogs from pros who are drowning.
Deliver and hand off
Cards handed off same night, RAWs in 48 hours, cuts back in ten days — deliverables are written into every gig so nobody's guessing.
Review both directions
The sub rates the lead (did they pay on time?). The lead rates the sub (did they show up, did the files hold up?). Both reviews go on the record.

We seed markets with listings compiled from public business data, clearly marked unverified. If one of them is you, claiming it takes two minutes and upgrades you to Verified after checks.

Create a profile with your rate card, portfolio, and the sub work you're open to. Early-access profiles are free — the network stage of SubShoot has no paywall.
Hiring subs?
Post gigs with real budgets and deliverables. Your review history shows subs you pay on time — which means better applicants, faster.
